What this site is

Turney Town (turneytown.com) is an independent community directory of the businesses at Turney Town Plaza, 4908-5020 Turney Rd, Garfield Heights, Ohio, run by WeldonPC. It is not the plaza's official site. It is not operated by, paid by or affiliated with the plaza's owners or management, the City of Garfield Heights, or the businesses listed. Business names belong to their owners and are used here only to say where those businesses are.

Listings

Listings are built from public sources, which each page names. They can be out of date: check with a business before you go. A listing marked "Not yet confirmed" may be closed or moved.

Claiming a page

Only the owner of a business, or someone the owner has put in charge, may claim its page. A person at WeldonPC checks each claim before it is approved, and may ask for more proof or refuse a claim. Approval lets you edit that one page only. On a chain's or franchise's page, the chain's own phone number and store page stay first, and a manager's phone, website or specials show once a person has looked at them. A bank branch's page cannot be claimed. We may remove an owner from a page, for example if the business changes hands or the claim turns out to be wrong; what that owner posted is then taken off the page.

What owners post

You own what you post. By posting it you let turneytown.com show it on your page and in the directory. Post only true information about your own business, and only photos you have the right to use. No content that is unlawful, misleading, hateful or about other people's private lives, and no prices or offers you will not honor. We may edit out or remove anything that breaks these terms; photos are shown only after a person has looked at them.

Corrections and take down requests

If something here is wrong, or a business or its owner wants its listing changed or taken down, write to us at weldonpc.com/contact. We correct mistakes and take down listings on reasonable request; a listing can be hidden from every page while we check.

Money

Listing and claiming are free. Directory Plus is an optional paid upgrade; its price and what it includes are on the For businesses page. While the site is in preview, every claimed page gets Directory Plus free and nothing is charged. When checkout opens, payment goes through PayPal; Directory Plus can be cancelled at any time and runs to the end of the period paid. Paying never changes what a listing says about a business.

Advertising

Pages show a banner from AdEngine (adengine.us), WeldonPC's own ad network (see Privacy). Ads are not endorsed by the plaza or its businesses.

No warranty

The service is provided as is. We work to keep it accurate and running, but we are not liable for decisions made from a listing.
